Question 1

Is the app free?

Accepted Answer

Yes for small crews. It’s free for 1–3 guests. Larger groups pay once for the whole party — Squad £21.99 for 4–15 people (about £1.47–£5.50 each if you split), or Mega £34.99 for 16 or more (less each as the group grows). No subscription.

Question 2

Who is Plan My Hen for?

Accepted Answer

Maid of honour and co-organisers planning a hen — the weekend, the stay chip-in, and the itinerary in one place, without living in the group chat.

Question 3

Can the bride see the plan?

Accepted Answer

Not if you use timed reveals and permissions. Unlock the itinerary when you want the surprise to land; until then she only sees the time.

Question 4

How do we handle money without WhatsApp?

Accepted Answer

Kitty tracks who owes what for the stay and shared costs, so money talk stays off the open thread. Transfers go bank to bank between you — Plan My Hen never stores or takes the trip money.

Question 5

Do I need a card to start?

Accepted Answer

No. Create the hen, add the itinerary and Kitty, and invite when you’re ready. You only pay if the party grows past three guests.

Question 6

What if more than three people join?

Accepted Answer

You’re on Free for 1–3. When you need room for a larger crew, one payment covers the whole party (Squad or Mega) — no subscription.
